Joey Chao heads up SugarCRM’s China office, located in Shanghai. He is responsible for all engineering operations in China and is also the main point of contact for business development in the China market. Prior to moving to China, Joey spent over 10 years in the Silicon Valley, holding sales and engineering roles at various enterprise software and hardware companies, including Supportsoft, Autonomy, and Samsung Semiconductor. Joey holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

Bruno Georges

Bruno Georges is the Middleware Solutions Director at JBoss, a division of Red Hat. Bruno has over 20 years IT experience working in the Banking, Trading, Insurance and Telco industries, where he has been primarily involved with the architecture of eCommerce Solutions and managing Software Development Teams.

Since 2001, Bruno has spoken at numerous international conferences about Web Services standards, Enterprise Application Integration, SOA, and the adoption of open source technologies.Bruno previously headed the Application Development Group at Glencore International AG, the largest private company in Switzerland. He was responsible for initiating and driving the adoption of an Open Source based SOA strategy, leading to a highly successful deployment.

Prior to Glencore, Bruno was the Lead Architect at XBridge Ltd, the UK's leading SME Finance Portal, and also served in other major Investment banking and Insurance Companies.

Jason Lin, director technology and Co-Founder of iZeno, is a pioneer in the open source arena. As co-founder of iZeno, Jason established iZeno's open source business application deployment methodology, leading the deployment of Red Hat, JBoss, Compiere, SugarCRM, Intalio and Pentaho. With strong foundation and passion in open source technology Jason has established iZeno as Asia leading Open Source Business Application provider.

Prior to co-founding iZeno, Jason spent years in various R&D positions in A*STAR. Jason holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University and MSc in Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore. Jason is also currently on the board of directors of Eurosa Furniture Pte Ltd.

Doug Erickson is the Director of AsiaPac for SugarCRM.   He has over 20 years of experience in CRM, SaaS, and web conferencing.  He brings a unique blend of experience in both open source communities, cloud applications, and channel development.  Mr. Erickson is also the chapter host for the Santa Cruz New Tech Meetup which is part of a 30,000+ worldwide membership of high tech professionals. Prior to SugarCRM, he was responsible for strategic alliances at Cisco WebEx.

Christian worked 10 year in telecommunication and 10 year in Canon Inc.
He has worked in several mobile operations globally within the Telenor group, focusing on restructuring of sales and distribution,evaluate and do changes in the organization,change and Implement new sales system, change and implement new sales processes,purchase and implement sales support system.
His specialization also includes Change management within the enterprise.
