SugarCRM Tracker: Improving and Measuring CRM Adoption Rate

The greatest challenge of any project manager or sponsor of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software implementation is to get the user to love it and make using it a daily habit. This is usually achieved by driving true value to the key users by providing them with benefits that they can related to.

Other than that, management also need to monitor the progress of user adoption so that they can take the appropriate action.

SugarCRM Tracker provide snapshots into system usage that allows managers to see who is actually using the CRM, and which modules may need tweaking to drive complete adoption. For example if there are modules and screens that are being hit on heavily, IT staff can respond by devising more streamlined workflows to catch and prevent performance bottlenecks.

Management / IT Managers can gain access to system usage information in order to obtain increased visibility into CRM utilization and user adoption.

Within both canned and custom reports, follow:

  • User actions; example:records modified, by user or by team, today or in the last 7 or 30 days
  • User session activity; examples:users usage metrics today or in the last 7 or 30 days, module usage metrics, by user or by team, today or in the last 7 or 30 days
  • System performance; examples:memory usage and database roundtrips, slow queries
