Maxsteel Enterprise specializes in import, export and trading of steel materials and processing of steel and fabrication of steel walls and roof cladding. The company expanded its production plant into Suzhou, China to meet the growing demands of the China Market.

Costings

Due to high fluctations in steel prices, Maxsteel Enterprise required a reliable and accurate costings business system that could capture correct costs for incoming and outgoing products. Compiere provides accurate costings for each incoming and outing transactions. As a result, MaxSteel is now able to track the profit margin for each delivery accurately.

Barcode ID

Maxsteel carries high valued inventories and requires accountability and efficiency in its inventory management. The use of Compiere barcode module enables the Products to be monitored by serial number and a tag with barcode for movement control.

Job Processing and Barcode

With a high volume of job processing orders, paper-work based communication of the same lead to high inefficiencies. Use of the Job Order Module in Compiere automates the job processing workflow and integrates with the barcode system. Production personnel are able to track and update the results of job order into the system.

Multiple locations and multiple languages
