Within a short time frame of 6 months, SugarCRM was rolled out to hundreds of users in the Asia Pacific region.

As the leading operator of Spas, Resorts and Hotel in the Asia Pacific, Banyan Tree requires a cost effective and efficient procurement system for managing its centralized procurement operations.

It is no longer an option to use spreadsheet and word document to manage its procurement for the organisation of such scale. The procurement department requires an central repository of its purchasing history and forecast of its purchasing commitment. Manual update of data into multiple spreadsheet is too tedious and costly especially facing rising staff cost.
