To strengthen its position as the Global Leading hotel management group, our client with its Asia Pacific headquartered in Singapore embarked on the initiative to create a CRM solution to manage relations with its key stakeholders.

Case Study 2 - Leading Hotel and Resort Group deploys Compiere ERP

As the leading operator of Spas, Resorts and Hotel in the Asia Pacific, our client requires a cost effective and efficient procurement system for managing its centralized procurement operations.

It is no longer an option to use spreadsheet and word document to manage its procurement for the organisation of such scale. The procurement department requires an central repository of its purchasing history and forecast of its purchasing commitment.
