SugarCRM Mobile Solutions With increased focus on use of Smartphone for office mobility, SugarCRM extended its mobile solutions support for iPhone and Blackberry. Sugar 5.1 has a new wireless HTML client that supports BlackBerry and iPhone smartphones. Search has been improved to include saved searched as well as deeper search capabilities that allows users to access their most commonly used report and customer data from mobile devices. The new Sugar solution delivers an improved mobile user interface which makes it more consistent look-and-feel wise to the desktop version, with more modules supported. Mobile workers will therefore not have to think twice when transitioning from their desktops or laptops to their wireless units when they go on the road, thereby making them more efficient.
