Meets her Marketing Team to discuss the ROI on the Monthly Newsletter.

Sugar Analytics give her the exact numbers.

The team is encouraged by the numbers but discusses ways to improve ROI further by better prospecting and making some changes to the newsletter

Writes a detailed email to her telemarketing team for the upcoming telemarketing campaign and schedules a meeting with them.

She updates the website with the form and makes some minor changes to the copy.

She makes some final tweaks.

She has key leads she needs to assign to senior sales execs.

Sugar makes team work a breeze. She assigns key leads to the seasoned Chris.

Meets with Senior Sales Exec Will. Will is meeting key clients and prospects today and Jim wants to be sure Will is fully prepared.

Jim reviews Will's Sales Dashboard.

Jim has to meet Marketing Manager Sally next.

Quickly reviews the main dashboard to plan his discussion with Sally. With a quick review, the agenda is set.

Meets Marketing Manager Sally to review her progress over the quarter, using Sally's marketing dashboard.

Most of the results are encouraging. But Jim points out some areas of concern like low proportion of self-generated leads.

Suggests increasing outlay on Search Engine Marketing.

After a quick lunch, Jim settles down to work on a key presentation he has to make a seminar in San Francisco on the company's Product Development Direction and current performance.

With easy access to all the shared online documents in Sugar generated by Sally, Jim is able to gather all the necessary information.

Jim has an important teleconference with the Senior Regional Manager to update him on the status of Jim's division.

He has already prepared for the meeting and pulls up his Dashboard to give a quick overview to the Regional Manager

Does some pending work on his presentation at San Francisco and uploads it into the shared documents for Sally and her team to review.

Meets the Senior Regional Manager for a game of Golf. Brings along his cellphone just in case they need to discuss some key figures.
