iZeno together with SugarCRM Inc are excited to announce that the Sugar 5.1 release is now generally available!

SugarCRM Version 5.1 includes a number of new features and enhancements that allow you to create complex reports, easily import data from other systems, track usage of the system, create new modules, and access Sugar through your mobile device.

New and enhanced functionality includes:

Complex Reporting for deeper insight into business activity.

  • Reports Wizard for ease of custom report creation
  • Clean UI for report output for easier interpretation of data
  • New report type:
    • Matrix Reports - view results in a flexible grid format, including totals for a maximum of three group-bys, for better trend spotting
  • New filter options:
    • Run-Time Filters - modify report results in output-view without changing report definitions
    • Nested Filters - use AND & OR operators and filter groups to create complex queries
  • Additional canned reports:
    • Tracker Reports
  • Excel integration - export report data for manipulation in MS Excel
  • Performance control - option to configure a slave database for load management
