Synopsis:This comprehensive course provides the participants with the skills and best practices to administer Sugar for optimum results. Through a combination of lecture and hands-on exercises, students will learn and apply the key competencies needed to configure, maintain, and customize Sugar. This course is designed for both on-demand and on-premise administrators as well as prospects in evaluating SugarCRM.

About the Trainer:

Benny Ng

Director (Business Development), Co-Founder

Benny Ng, Director of Business Development and Co-Founder of iZeno, is a pioneer in the open source arena. As co-founder of iZeno, Benny manages and project lead iZeno's open source business application deployments (ERP,BI and CRM).

Benny is also the certified trainer in SugarCRM End Users and Administrator Course running the SugarCRM Authorised Learning Partner Program in Asia Pacific.

Prior to co-founding iZeno, Benny spent years in KPMG. He holds a Bachelor degree of Accountancy from Nanyang Business School and is a non-practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountancy of Singapore’s.
