• All training sessions are in English other than specified in the course outline.
  

• Class time: 9AM-5PM each day

• Bring your laptop to connect to the classroom server and Internet via wireless (802.11b/g) or your own 15 ft Ethernet cable

• Training manuals, lunch, beverages and snacks are provided

• The dress code is relaxed or "smart casual"

Student Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a class for which you are enrolled, we ask that you provide iZeno with as much advance notice as possible to help us meet our class schedules.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to benny.ng@izeno.com.sg

If iZeno cancels the class or change of location:

• iZeno makes every effort to ensure your class is taught when scheduled. However, unforeseen issues can arise. iZeno reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class at any time.
• iZeno reserve the right to change the location of class.
• Should a cancellation occur iZeno will notify you as soon as possible - in most cases, at least 7 business days prior to the class start date. Once notified, you have the right to reschedule or request a credit credit back to your account.
• We advise you to keep this policy in mind as you make travel arrangements, as iZeno shall not be liable for non-refundable travel costs, and is limited to the refund of class fees only.
• Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Credits can be redeemed for any iZeno learning session that concludes before or on the day of your credit expiration date.

Classroom Training Terms and Conditions

iZeno warrants that it will perform these training services in a reasonable manner using generally accepted industry standards and practices. THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES PROVIDED BY SUGARCRM, OR AS TO THE RESULTS WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED THEREFROM, AND iZeno DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. iZeno WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS IDENTIFIED OR REFERRED TO CUSTOMER BY SUGARCRM. iZeno WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER iZeno HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SUGARCRM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER TO iZeno UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. All materials provided under this training are copyrighted by iZeno ("Training Materials"). iZeno grants the customer of this training a license to use and make reasonable internal company copies of any Training Materials strictly for the purpose of facilitating such company's understanding, utilization and operation of its licensed iZeno product(s). Except as set forth expressly in the sentence above, there is no transfer of any intellectual property rights or any other license granted under the terms of this training. If Customer issues a purchase order or other ordering document, the terms and conditions of which are in addition to or inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of such purchase order or other ordering document will not be binding and will not modify this Agreement.
